Jack Vidgen stuns Australia's Got Talent judges

Jack Vidgen has become an overnight sensation after he performed a Whitney Houston classic on Australia’s Got Talent last night.
The 14-year-old from Balgowlah had audiences and the judges of the hit reality television show on their feet and brought many to tears with his rendition of I Have Nothing.

Jack, who earlier this year won the Warringah Mall Talent Quest singing the jazz standard Cry Me A River, wants to be Australia’s Justin Bieber.
Judge of the mall talent quest Michelle Madder described Jack as having ``the whole package’‘.
``He’s just a georgeous kid,’’ she said.

  1. I live in faraway Kentucky -- in the USA. I accidentally came across Jack's performances during the AGT on You-tube. I then ordered, and received, his new CD, "Yes I Am."
I must admit that every time I hear Jack sing, I am simply amazed that a 14-year old lad possesses such talent, courage, poise and grace.
I am totally sold on Jack, his talent, and his tremendous future. I look forward wih great anticipation to all of Jack's future projects. And I fervently hope and pray that Jack stays rooted and grounded and does not allow the sometimes "seedy" world into which he is entering to corrupt and corrode him.
May God bless this young man and allow his special talent to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of millions of people around our troubled globe.
My prayers will also be with him. Thank you, Jack -- and thank you to your mother.
